Are you holding a newborn or about to hold one?

Do you need help and support at any point during your child’s life?

Are you looking for someone to be part of your team along the journey?

Well, you are in the right place!

As a postpartum education and care professional, I provide non-judgemental emotional and practical support per your wishes and needs. While it might seem that everyone is preoccupied with the little one, I am here to hold you, ease the burdens and ease your transition into parenthood.

The early days of parenthood are challenging and I know you sometimes google away at 3 am, hoping to find some answers. You face sleep challenges, loneliness, stress, meal preparation, an overwhelming mental load and pending housework, and try to find time to juggle everything.  As a postpartum support professional, I will help to facilitate your time to rest, heal and settle into your new life. I always support your decision-making by pointing you to the latest evidence and best practices aligned with your family.

I know that most of you are not doing it alone, I can see your dedicated partners who are also doing the best they can. But some days, you just need this extra set of hands and additional help. You both deserve a break and time to relax!

Postpartum does not end at six weeks and your need for help does not disappear after a few months. Every stage of parenthood has its unique challenges and is worthy of ongoing support. Let me hold you so that you can hold your baby. You are worthy of feeling seen, heard, connected, confident and comfortable.

Here to create a more nurturing environment for all who mother and break the stigma around postpartum care

Hi, I’m Christelle, originally from Mauritius and have been calling Perth home for a decade. I previously worked in clinical trials and research sector. It was my way of contributing and indirectly helping those who needed it.

While pregnant with my first child, I became obsessed with everything pregnancy, baby and motherhood. I needed to educate myself and research everything that I came across. After giving birth, I realised that new mums and parents are not supported enough. Stepping into motherhood is an important rite of passage and mums should be celebrated and empowered. Nobody should be left alone with a million questions in their head. I became a postpartum education and care professional for that exact reason: to acknowledge everything you are going through and provide the right support.

Every parent should experience those blissful days and weeks with their newborn and truly get to know each other, without worrying about anything else. I say parents because I know that partners are also going through a major life change and should also feel supported and educated.
My goal is to meet you and your family where you are and tailor my support to your needs. I understand that every family is unique and you might need me for the first six or twelve weeks or after 8 months. I aim to provide help and support at any point during the first two years of your baby’s life. I believe that parenthood is a marathon, every part of the journey matters and being supported can make a profound difference in your experience.
